DLAB Sessions- @ Anvil Performance, Fairlawn NJ 

Wednesday Nights 5:30PM-6:30PM - 1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12

DIRECTOR: ED ADEOGUN

Brotherhood DLAB Sessions are run by Coach Ed Adeogun.  Ed has committed his life to the sport of lacrosse and has been developing high level defenders for years. He was a standout at Montclair High School and Kean University and has been coaching the defenses at Montclair High School and Glen Ridge High School for the past 7 years.  Coach Adeogun takes pride in developing complete defenders who have the skills to fit into any scheme and dominate.  Coach Ed's energetic coaching style pushes his athletes to push their limits and develop new skills.  These fast paced, uptempo workouts will help players develop in all aspects of the game.

Goalie Academy Preseason Tune-Up - @ Anvil Performance, Fairlawn, NJ 

Saturday Mornings 9:30am-11:00am- 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15

The Brotherhood Lacrosse Goalie Academy Preseason Tune-Up gives goalies of all ages an opportunity to learn proper technique, develop hand and foot speed as well as gain confidence in their positional knowledge.  Each session begins with an intense plyametric warm-up, followed by positional technique, goalie specific skillwork, individual games and of course tons of shots! Each 90 minute session will be divided into 30 minutes (in the gym) working on athleticism and explosiveness etc., then 60 minutes (on the field) working on skill and technical instruction.  Each goalie should leave the program with improved mechanics, improved athleticism, and improved confidence in the position.

DIRECTOR: Neil Bortolus

Brotherhood Strength and Conditioning sessions are directed by Coach Neil Bortolus.  Neil has committed his life to the sport of lacrosse and physical fitness.   He was a standout player in Bergen County and continued his career at Kean University and is currently an assistant coach at Northern Highlands High School.  Coach Bortolus has a very positive coaching style and helps develop confidence as well helping players see results athletically. Athletes who are strong, fast, and healthy make the most impact on the field. The Brotherhood Lacrosse Strength and Conditioning Program is designed to give players the best athletic base possible.   Each session is designed to build the proper movement patterns necessary for the game of lacrosse. By the time the program is complete, each athlete will be physically prepared to start the season a step ahead of the competition.
