One on One Instruction
One-on-one instruction is an invaluable experience for
players who are serious about improving their fundamental
techniques. All private instruction is designed specifically
around the needs of each individual player. Each player
will have one evaluation session where they perform the
entire spectrum of lacrosse skills which allows our highly
qualified coaches to identify the strengths and areas of
improvement for each individual player. One-on-one
instruction will include a specific lesson play designed to
develop skills necessary to take your game to the next level.
Our coaches use cutting edge teaching techniques and film
breakdown to allow players to see themselves from the
outside so that they can see with their own eyes how to
improve their fundamental technique.
Cost- $50/Hour
Small Group Instruction
Small group instruction allows players to work with their
friends and teammates to develop more complex lacrosse
concepts. These small groups develop the fundamental
techniques and use them in competitive situations against
one another. Most of the important action on a lacrosse
field occurs without the ball in your stick. Working in small
groups allows our coaches to teach the value of off ball play
and defensive play in a fun, competitive environment.
These small group lessons are a great way to develop
individual techniques as well as team chemistry during the
off-season.
Cost- $40/Hour
(Per Player Cost- Minimum 2 Players, Maximum 6 Players)
