The Brotherhood Lacrosse Elite Program is the cornerstone
of our program. Our elite teams participate in 10 team
practices and 4 elite tournaments giving them the
opportunity to bond and compete as a team. We incorporate
lacrosse, community service and team building activities to
form a competitive elite lacrosse experience unlike any other.
Our goal is to develop our players as people through the
vehicle of lacrosse.
Our elite program is focused on turning lacrosse players into
students of the game. We take pride in equipping our
players with the knowledge, vision, and discipline to read
the field and take what the game gives them. We break
down complicated concepts and schemes into small drills
that build upon one another. This allows our players to see
and read all of the options available to them in a particular
game situation. Our Building Block teaching method
enhances our player’s lacrosse IQ and confidence level. We
help our players understand what they are being asked to
do, and more importantly, why they are being asked to do
it. We structure our practices by separating our players into
groups and rotating them through different stations. This
allows us to teach complex concepts to players in smaller
groups and it ensures that no player is ever standing around
on the practice field.
Brotherhood Lacrosse is committed to making our
community a better place. Our program includes one
mandatory community service project, with the option of
other volunteering opportunities. This team project teaches
our players the value of helping others and staying actively
involved in the community. Our community service projects
foster individual and team growth and provide a strong
team building experience for our players.
We believe that the values of Accountability, Character, and
Commitment build a championship team and more
importantly championship people. We build a foundation of
trust, discipline, and teamwork with our players, which
fosters the growth of confidence and individual leadership
skills. Our mission is to turn boys into young men and
lacrosse players into students of the game.
